Reviews

The pathway for a child with developmental disabilities is rarely an easy one..

..it is often an uphill climb filled with so many unknowns. When we met Kathleen, however, our lives changed for the better, and for the first time in so long, we had hope for a brighter future for our daughter. Kathleen’s unquestionable commitment to our daughter’s development and education was evident immediately. She was able to reach our daughter in a way that no other special educator ever could. Her combined expertise as a special education teacher AND as a behavioral specialist fostered a pathway for our daughter to reach high levels of educational success while simultaneously supporting our daughter’s authentic self as a child with Autism and an Intellectual Disability.

Kathleen sees all people as whole, perfect and complete; her compassion and empathy are boundless and her genuine dedication to the work she does and the families she impacts has changed the face of special education. Kathleen, you are by far the greatest gift we’ve ever had!! Thank you for making all the difference!!

“I have witnessed first hand the exceptional contributions Kathleen has made to his overall progress…”

..as my son’s special needs advocate, and his behavioral specialist for the past 12 years, Enthusiastic, driven, compassionate and caring, Kathleen remains our family’s first contact when we need to pass along our concerns to our school district.

Kathleen has been present for every Individualized Education Program meeting where she challenged school experts, created and suggested new educational programs by communicating clearly, persuasively and effectively. She is sharp, goal-oriented, extremely knowledgeable and flexible in moving steadily forward to achieve our son’s longer-term education goals and placement. More importantly Kathleen was always available, and always willing to share information, viewpoints, and suggestions that have been invaluable to our special needs journey
